What to do to earn money from home

what should I do to earn more money from home I m a married man doing job in bank ,but salary is not enough for me nd my family as my mother is ill, my wife also wants to study for my help but for her studies I cant able to payfees.i want to know abt the business I can do easily at home 3-4 hours of working.
