I am 12 and I am a girl, my parents are divorced and I cant take it anymore living with my mom. her and her family are mean and evil, and bieleve me, I am not lying! I asked my mom if she could take me too the store and she said no but when my little brother asked her 5 mins later she said yes and left me home alone for 4 hours and she took him out to dinner and left me to starve! She ignores me when I ask her a question, she only yells at me and it seems that she doesnt even care about me so why not let me live with my dad! shes mad because I opened my mouth and said, in front of her family, that I wanted to live with my dad. My dad lives 25 mins away and he has no criminal history and pays for child support. I JUST WANT TO LIVE WITH HIM! IS THAT A CRIME, WHAT DO I DO, SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

I'm not familiar with the laws where you live, but there may be a certain age at which you're able to tell the court which parent you want to live with. I bet your dad knows. You aren't going to get your way there either...
