What is the title of this book I read?

Plot: Book starts off with a woman at a welcome party of a man. Her objective is find the man and introduce him to his baby. The baby is in her care because the real mother left the baby with her and never came back. He doesn't believe her because he has never even seen her before. (Details about the man. -He just finished service in the military thus the welcome home party. It seems that his family is quite wealthy and close knit.) DNA test was ordered and in the meantime woman and baby stay in the man's house. After DNA test proves baby is his the biological mother sues for custody. It seems she wants money for acting classes.
