I need help with installing silent hill 2!

I recently played SH2 at a friend's house and I loved it!I wanted to finish it,so I downloaded a file from the net called Silent Hill 2-FLT
It has a CD1,CD2,and a CD3 folder,plus a flt-sh2.nfo file.I think I have to mount something,but I'm quite new at those things..
Can someone help me install it?I have no idea how..and no hate,please?(:

Silent hill 2...nice choice.....
main question though.....is this a PC game?
I have mine on Xbox, I wouldn't know about PC gaming.

Yup,it's a pc game.You can also play it on xbox.
