How to say goodbye to my favourite teacher:(

I'm graduating this year and my favourite teacher is all I talk about with friends and my parents! Shes an amazing role model and Always gives me the best advice when something goes wrong! And I live across the street from my school so she sometimes stops by to say hi and I was in her class for grades 5-6 and it was amazing! We always talk and she knows a lot about my problems! When I'm sick she takes my temp. And yah! But Idont know how to tell her how much I will miss her and show my thanks enough to make her cry in a good way?? What should I do???

Yeah, I would go with the letter idea. At the moment my favourite teacher is pregnant and is leaving next week. So as a thank you for all she has done, I hand wrote her a letter, thanking her for everything.

There's parts of the letter that I wrote as a goodbye to my favourite teacher that aren't relevent to this question, so I won't tell you them. But I shall tell you what I worte for INSPIRATION - not to just copy. Anyway, it went something like this:

"....Thank you for your beautiful smile and how kind and loving you always are to everyone. And thank you for making school such an enjoyable place to be. It has honestly been such a blessing having you as a teacher and you will be greatly missed once you leave. Thank you for being a part of my life and the lives of so many others. For teaching us, inspiring us, and helping us to learn and grow. You are truly going to be such an amazing mum to this child..." "....So thank you for the blessing you have been in our lives, for all the times you have made us smile, and for putting up with us when we misbehave. I'll miss you lots when you leave and I know lots of other people will too. <3 God bless. Natalie. xx"

Just whatever you do, make sure its genuine and from the heart. And i'm sure she'll love it :) All the best!!

There are many gifts you might buy her but the thing she would appreciate the most would be for you to write her a letter expressing how you feel about her and thanking her for all of her extra effort she has made on your behalf..
