I'm a teenage girl with a lot of insecurities,

As a teenager, I understand that it's normal to get self conscious and to look in the mirror and not like what you see, in fact, I know this is normal for a person at any age, but it's getting so bad. I've been like this for years, every single day I look in the mirror and pick something to hate.
Can someone please tell me how can I stop looking at myself in this way, how can I stop believing the stupid lies that are going through my head? And if you know of any easy and fast ways to lose weight and tone up, that would be awesome.

Only a tiny percentage of the world population is capable of getting through life by the way they look. The rest of us who aren't models or movie stars, have to make it on what we do.

The answer is to get involved in doing things that are productive and satisfying to you. Accept yourself fo who you are, get away from the mirror and join all of us imperfect mortals out here in doing things that will make a difference in the world.

Trying to lose weight "fast" does not work. The answer is to make a lifestyle change to a healthy diet and exercise regimen then live with it for life.

Thank you both very much for the responses. I do so already, but I'm struggling a little to see how this may help me to overcome my self doubt and insecurities.
Just to look for ur self z the 2nd of having too much free time, concise it a little.
And for ur look make it simple and so, if anyone said anything u know u used simple one, and just keep to make a use of the lotions and so, that help ur body with more water and fruit intake and this help u 2 b healthy and this is the important for the look,,,
This thing help u to start get the confidence and by taking some activities u like and do the best u'll get better,,,
don't focus much for other ideas about the friendship, everything has a time and is good at its time no need to make stress when there is no need for,,,

You have a big advantage in realizing that they're stupid lies. It will get better the more you ignore them, and they'll get less persistant once you see that they can't hurt you. I know you've been doing so for a while, but that's the battle of life I guess.

Find a sport you enjoy playing, either for the fun of the game or because you've got good friends playing it alongside you. You won't stick at exercise if it's boring - or at least, I don't.
