At 15 in Florida, you can date (as in go to the movies, out to eat) a 17 year old but he can get in trouble if there's any sexual activity before you turn 18 years old. The punishment would vary depending on the age difference. In other words your boyfriend would spend less time in jail than a 24 year old would for being with a 15 year old.

Thanks rob its my little cousin and yes there is sex involved she ranned away with him for one week no school or anything she was staying with her and his mind...
The unknown in this case is that the boy is under the age of consent also. Being that they both are underage, it would likely be heard by a juvenile court and wouldn't be dealt with as the felony as it would be if he was older.
