Do I put pink eye drops In my eye that isn't yet infected?

I have pink eye in one eye and I got the eye drops at the doctor today. My other eye isn't red yet but I'm almost sure it has the infection as well. Should I put the eye drops in even though my other eye isn't red yet?

You should call the doctor's office that prescribed the medicine and ask that question.
