Why is said that there is no change in temperature when water boils?

As I think,,
The boiling of water depends on the energy given, and at the maximum degree that water inter molecular bonds can preserved is the boiling state,,if the energy are more; than the form change to be a gas...
and also this degree keep constant in the water molecules themselves once the atmospheric pressure is constant all along the time of boiling other wise if the pressure change the degree change(not in reality but related to that change),,, this also related to the gravity and so,,,,
I mean Water boils at 100C, (212 Fahrenheit\ 373.15 Kelvin) at sea level (at one atmosphere of pressure). but at higher altitudes, the pressure is lower, and so water boils at a lower temperature...
