Am I patient of DMS?

I am 40 years man. Currently, I am suffering from poor food appetite, headache, fever, weakness, and burning sensation when passing urine, mouth sour and rashes on the skin for the past two months. My total WBC court is by far less than from the normal range, i.e. 1,830 cells/cumm. From bone morrow test, they confirmed that unmatured white blood cells are produced, but the red blood cells and platelets counts are normal. The doctors are suggested that my problem is early DMS disease, and they referred me to higher hospitals. When I did blood test yesterday , the white blood cell count became normal (4300 cella/comm) without taking any treatment, and now I am slightly better, but, still I have a feeling headache, burning sensation when passing urine, mouth sour. Therefore, would you tell me your general suggestion? Is it necessary to go to higher health centers for further investigation and management?
Bone marrow results are:
 Pro-erythroblasts…..00%
 Early Normoblasts…6.0%
 Intermidate-normocytes….14%
 Late Normocytes….12%
 Myeloblasts……00%
 Promyelocytes…12%
 Myelocytes ……22%
 Meta mylocytes… 15%
 Band forms & Segmented Neutrophils….. 18%
 Eosinophils……1.0
 E:M ratio …… 1.0:2.12
 Parasites …..No haemoparisites seen
Thank you so much for your help.
Wishing you all the best

I don't know a lot about health, I'm not a doctor, but what you have described sounds pretty severe and painful. I do suggest you continue to seek medical advice about these symptoms, just in case. It's better to be safe than sorry.
