Little worms with big bettles have invaded my flat what are they and how do I get rid?

My flat recently has been invaded by these little worms look like mini centipedes and are usually accompanied by a few black beetles. Usually like a brown fluff like stuff appears with them. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Once you know what they are, go to a home supply store and get a treatment that takes out that bug. Make sure it's intended for use inside instead of outside and protect the pets if there are any.
