Does a faint second line on a HPT mean I am pregnant?

I took a pregnancy test this morning and it had a second line that was faint...does it mean I am pregnant? I have been having cramps, sore breasts, headaches and some nausea for the last two weeks (not all at once)

Hard to say. Maybe take a different brand test.
