What should I do with this bird?

So there has been a bird hanging around on my drive way and seems to be injured somewhere. It can kind of fly and has been scratching it's neck a lot. I tried feeding it bread but it didn't eat any of it. So what should I do with this bird?

Can you take it to a local bird or wildlife sanctuary?

if you have a dropper you can wet the bread shove it in the birds beak then hold the beak shut forcing the bird to swallow... but the best option would be take it to a wildlife rescue facility
