There are many of them and depend on what you are going to ask....
the known to me and usable but not the specialized websites:
http://wiki.answers.com/
http://askville.amazon.com/
http://www.funadvice.com/
http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/
http://www.askdeb.com/
http://able2know.org/
http://au.answers.yahoo.com/
http://www.ask.com/
http://www.answerflip.com/
and if you have specialized questions you'll find other websites that concentrate in one category only and there will be more specialization in there ...

And you gave a way to get a list, so there is a need to do work in there..
maybe the repetition coz. of the need to 've suggestions from experienced people in net. as you for sure...
by the way some of those in the list are not that useful....
(all that is just an idea and comment..)

One of the site rules is to remove questions that are repeats to keep people from asking the same question over and over. This one was left up because it was getting some better answers but normally repeating the questions isn't allowed.

OK.OK. that wasn't a blame for anyone, I tried to find a reason for such unfavorable mistake....coz. it looks like you were upset of, but seems you are responsible in the web,,,sorry to interfere in something related to your work,,,
and thanks for the info. of (forbidden repetition)...i entered to the web. but never searched for rules or members..i don't need them at most but seems now there is a difference,,,pardon Mrs...

Another one you should look at is Quextit. They are a sponsor of the FIRST Robotics competition (Dean Kamen's brainchild). Quextit sponsors the competition by providing the official game Q&A. First hosts the service themselves at their competition site. Here is info on the Quextit service: qna.quextitmc.com.
