Why am I having breast pains?

i have noticed pains in my breasts, it is mostly the left one but I do get them in both. the pain will come randomly for a second or two then go but it will come back. it seems to always be on the area beside my armpit. I started to worry in case it was breast cancer but I have checked and there doesnt seem to be any weird lumps also breast cancer does not run in my family. and just recently I have started to notice that my left arm also feels numb or tingly as well sometimes, usually when I have breast pains. I am a 17 old year old girl am and low in iron if that could have anything to do with it?

It is likely growth pains that young people sometimes experience when different areas within your body don't grow at the same rate causing tension within. But there are other, more serious possibilities. You need to see a doctor to make sure.
