American man told me that you should only marry and have children (have sex with) with foreign-born (unwed or married) women in the United States and stay away from American women, if you do not want to pay court ordered child support driven out of your children’s lives, and tread as criminal/crap/garbage, by an American women. This is the only reason why many American men intentionally marry foreign-born women in the United States and stay away from American women.

You're getting BAD info. I've personally know a few cases where a foreign-born mother left the country with their child and forced the father to go through misery --- and great expense --- for YEARS to be reunited with the child. One guy we know still can't even find the mother who essentially kidnapped their son.
