Is it wrong if all of the lovers used 'baby' as they call their girlfriends?

Someone message me in my facebook and then she said that I should stop calling my girlfriend 'bub' because it is the same as she call her girlfriend, im really pissed off cos I dont even know that we used the same word as we call our girlfriends.

What is "wrong" depends on some kind of standard that isn't being met. There is no standard for nicknames you give to your friends. If it's OK with both you and your friend, there's nothing wrong with it and nobody's business but yours.

Only stop calling your girlfriend something if she doesn't like. If you don't want to deal with confrontation than don't call her 'bub' with this other girl. She is out of line, and you shouldn't listen to her.
