Do I need medicine?

every since the doctor gave me this medicine to help me sleep.i haven't been able to sleep at all is something wrong with me.

Nobody here can tell if there's something wrong with you. If the medicine the doctor gave you isn't working, you need to contact the doctor that prescribed it.
