Health- mental health.

I have not been well for severn months now. This time last year, I used to be normal and clever. I was never a depressive person. Since I have not been well, I have been experiencing memory problems, such as not being able to remember my whole life and the person I used to be. Not being able to remember one day to the next. They say it's because of my depression, but I am not depressed. No one believes me, they say that your memory is still there, it's just your illness that is blocking it, but it's not.. I am just frustrated about my memory. I hate being on anti depressants, they don't do anything. Over a year ago I went to see a doctor just to talk to someone, I wasn't depressed, I was just unhappy, I wasn't even depressed. They advised me to take antidepressants. If I had known, I would never of said yes. They shouldn't hand them out like smarties, without telling people what the side effects are. There should be more therapists and rehab places in this country, then people wouldn't be forced to go into a mental hospital or even wanting to end there lives. For those who can get the right treatment to help then good for them. People at the end of the day should not be judged for wanting to die.
Anyway, I can't bare to be like this anymore, let alone for one more day. I just want to be dead. I wish I could think of how is the best way of doing it without anyone knowing. My family keep watching my every move, when all I want to do is to be dead. I 'd rather my organs go to some that wants to live. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to go about the right way to end my life painlessly without anyone knowing, I would appreciate it. If you are going to judge, then I don't want to know, ok!

There is no way to end your life either painlessly or without anybody knowing. Failed attempts can cause a lot more pain than you are experiencing now. Even if there was such a way, your family would suffer greatly for the rest of their lives. You should talk to someone who has experience and understands what resources are available to help you. At this point, what do you have to lose?
