I just want to know how to workout the upper torso, I have decent if not good abs, but I want to know how to workout the PEX withought anything crazy like gym machines and stuff. Something I could do at home.
A set of dumbbells will help. Lie on your back on a bench and work them 90 degrees together from a horizontal to a vertical position. Then work them from over your shoulders behind your head to a vertical position. Start off with about 20 reps each and increase it as the soreness goes away.
