im 17 and my boyfriend's 22. I think im pregnant abortion is not really waht I want but I dont want my boyfriend in jail eather, will he get in trouble??? my dad knows were dating.

He is in trouble. California PENAL CODE SECTION 261-269 paragraph C:

"(c) Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual
intercourse with a minor who is more than three years younger than
the perpetrator is guilty of either a misdemeanor or a felony, and
shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one
year, or by imprisonment in the state prison."

I can't tell you what's going to happen but the outcome will likely depend on how hard your parents push it. If he can make a truce with your parents and man up on his responsibility without anybody filing a complaint, he may be able to slide by. If your parents file a complaint, he's in deep doo-doo.

Also, you need to get some certainty about whether or not you're pregnant. Take a test as soon as you're in the range where the test is effective. Your boyfriend should buy it, since he doesn't have parents looking over his shoulder.
