Is my penis normal sized

Ok I'm twelve years old my penis is 4 1/2 inches long, is this normal, am I to small, and also when I masturbate and I reach climax my sperm just oozes, is it suppose to squirt or something???

There's a chart on the web link below that says 2 3/4 inches erect at 12 years old.

At 12 years old, oozing is perfectly normal.

It's much more important to develop your brain than your penis. Your penis will grow on it's own over the next few years without any special treatment on your part. That's not true for your brain. No matter how big your penis, you're not going anywhere in life with a small brain. Pump up your brain and, trust me, your penis will take care of itself. :-)
