all is working , except cant't record . settings on motions detection, covered areas, scheduled recording etc is ok, and re-check . When a search is made for record files; no files found.

Bunker Hill IS Harbor Freight. Call their tech support number to speak with someone who is knowledgeable on your dvr/camera system.

Right....they do NOT take phone calls. They give you a number to call and then when you do it says to email them. Real helpful!!!
