Good hot and sour soup recipe

I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I can use recipes with meat but I Prefer Vegetarian.

You can try this vegetarian Hot and Sour Soup:

Ingredients:

½ cup bean sprouts
3 Tbs. soy sauce
5 dried apricots
1 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
¼ cup thinly sliced green onion
2 Tbs. organic raw apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs. peeled and minced fresh ginger
½ cup diced cucumber or zucchini
1 jalapeño Chile seeded and minced (2 Tbs.)
2 Tbs. lime juice
2 Tbs. chopped cilantro
1 Tbs. raw agave nectar
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste

1. Stir together sprouts and soy sauce, let it marinate while you prepare the soup.

2. Soak apricots in a bowl of boiling water 5 minutes. Drain.

3. Place apricots, tomatoes, green onion, vinegar, ginger, and 3 cups water in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl, and stir in cucumber, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, agave nectar, cayenne pepper, and sprout mixture.

Varieties of sour soups products are available in packaged form made by good companies for e.g. Sheffafoods and many more at many grocery stores. I would recommend you choose the best healthy food product from these.

Only if you are looking for Spicy and tasty chicken noodle soup I advise you to try the below recipe


All you need :
1 whole fresh chicken
2 lemons (cut into thick slices)
1 bay leaf
1 small bunch of peppercorns
4 chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes
1 pkt frozen sweet corn
1 pkt fettuccine noodles (cooked)
1 tbsp corn flour mixed in with some cold water
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Few stalks of spring onions
Lemon wedges
2 tbsp Noor oil

HOW TO COOK:-
Fill a big pot with water and put it on medium fire.
Drop the entire chicken, thick lemon slices, bay leaf, peppercorns, Noor oil and bouillon cubes into the water.
Cook for 1 hour, on a low flame leaving it to simmer slowly.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the stock and remove the chicken skin and finely shred the chicken meat.
For the stock, skim off any excessive fat and remove the pepper corns, bay leaves and lemons.
Return the shredded chicken back to the stock pot; now add sweet corn, cooked fettuccine, corn flour, salt and pepper.
Cook for 30 minutes more.
Prior to serving, sprinkle soup with chopped spring onions and lemon wedges.

When it comes to soup people feel very lazy to cook it at home. Learn some tasty soup recipes and a lot more at my favorite destination Living Foodz.
Preparation:
Bring the broth, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, chili sauce, soya sauce, and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat for 5 mins.
2. Mix in cornstarch and water mixture until the soup thickens a bit for about 2 minutes.
3. Slowly pour eggs, sesame oil, white pepper and green onions in the mixture.
4. Serve hot.
