Im 48 years old and married for 23 years and have the hots for my 26 year old employee at work

I'm 48 years old and my wife is 46 and we've been happily married for 23 years. However, I recently have caught myself looking at one of my younger employees at my work place, who happens to be 26 years old. My wife recently found out when she was at my work place, when she saw me glance at my employee when my employee bent down and I caught a glimpse of her thong and she noticed me getting a boner. I know my behavior may seem creepy but I dont know what to do. Any advice?

Everybody gets a crush now and again. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. The problems come when you act on it. Do you really think a trist with someone young enough to be your child is worth destroying your wife, your marriage, and your family? If you stop and think about it with your head ... the one above your waist ... then you'll probably see that acting on this would mean certain disaster for your home life, and a possible sexual harassment suit at work. Steer clear of little Ms. Thong until you get this under wraps and make sure your wife knows she can trust you.

Unless you're the manager of Sea World, an employee that can't do their job without their thong showing, is improperly dressed for the workplace. Consider a dress code.

Also, you should discuss this issue openly with your wife. A mid-life crisis isn't so bad when both of you have yours at the same time. Buy your wife some short skirts and a collection of thongs.
