Does any one really care if I live or die? Really!

I am in my early 50s. Sick all the time. Disabled. Try to go back and work. Have to eat pain pills becuse of all the pain. Stomach is upset all the time. Cant stay away from a bathroom long enuff to even go to a store. My dogs are all I have. If there are any pet loving people out there! Please know that it is because of my dogs that I ameven writing this right now.
