Well,you might want to start out EASY.
If you are to shy to just go out and ask him, it'd be easier to become his friend first ^^ when your ready you can go up to him and be like "hey.I've liked you for a while now...and I wanted to know if you liked me back?"

REMEMBER: If your afraid of rejection,DON'T DO IT.

You have to be prepared, and everyone gets rejected sometime in they're life. :)

I'm 10 too and my crush asked me on Skype who I like I said "This might sound weird but I kinda like you." He actually answered back "Kool". But first of all you become friends with him and you try and not encourage your friends to like him cause it will be more of a competition. Then look for signs. When u talk to him does he look u deeply into your eyes? And stuff like that. Then when you and your crush are used to talking to each other ask him. If you are scared TOUGHEN UP! Think of the things your r missing out on! But also be very prepared for rejection. Try and also speak to him somewhere private and quiet. Good Luck!

Does he a laugh slot wid u or dies he compliment u... If he does ..;).. there's a chance... Become his friend.. And forget telling ur brother... He's 17 and a guy...

Im 10 too but one thing you don't wanna do is never ever ask your friends to do
it for you because they might mess it up. Also never write him love letters
untill your togther. Never be shy or be someone other than you. BE YOUR SELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have ur same prob. I haz a crush on boy and I'm not sure if he likes me back but I've got some tips:

1: Don't b afraid 2 express urself in front of *him*. If he doesn't like the real u then so wat? U tried. And it's always better 2 have failed than 2 never tri at all.

2: Hint at him that u like him. U no, stare at him in class, smile at him in the hall. Believe me, he'll get the memo.

3: Make sure he's single. I made the mistake of asking my OLD crush out while my BFF was his girlfriend! Long story, but he cheated on my BFF w/ me.

4: Let him in on ur interests. Like, if u like a certain book series, and he nos, than if he likes u he may mention it in some convos or get u a book as a present.

AND

5: YOU HAVE TO TELL HIM SOMETIME!!!
