I need to lose weight.

Okay so I'm a 13 year old girl and I weigh about 145. I get teased a lot in school because I'm kinda chubby and on top of that I'm a lesbian so most kids hate me. Everyone in my family is fit. I'm the heaviest girl in it. Sometimes my sister will say, well at least I'm skinny and pretty. Then I just wanna cry. So anyway, I wanna lose weight. I'm hoping there's a substitution for most foods I regularly eat that has less sugar or calories so I can eat that instead of food. Excercise isn't an option. I'm super busy so I won't find time for it. Thanks xx

Since other people largely control your food options at that age... talk to your mom about what you can substitute. And ask your guidance counselor what better food choices you can make in the school cafeteria.

If you're drinking flavored milk and sodas, definitely eliminate those or limit to only once a week as a treat. Also nix candy bars, potato chips, pizza... any food that's really sugary or oily.
