My legs are a bit pale :(

Ok I have pale legs I don't mind them being chubby (there not massive there smalle and cute) right now I have a shaving rash and you can see it clearly I'm not aloud to go outside or wear shorts. I want to have a little tan coz when we have p.e(physical education) I wear long trousers coz there pale and rashy I'm the most self concious person ever! I can't go outside even if I do I'll never be able to get a tan coz of my mom :)

Please give me a answer that I want coz honestly I don't know what to do and how can I get rid of the rash on my legs I don't have moisteriser or any cream so any home remedies would do thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could run a self-tanning lotion on your legs to give them more color. Be careful to apply it correctly so you don't get stripes or uneven color. The shaving rash isn't permanent, but you can search "shaving rash solution" for ways to help it go faster and prevent it next time.
