I have a tooth growing in front of my other teeth in the back of my mouth, as there were no allowed

If an X-Ray shows it to be crowding other teeth in the area (impacted) it will be painful and have to be removed. See a dentist.

Yes, see a dentist soon before it forces the teeth in the front to crowd each other and get really crooked. The longer you wait, the larger the problem gets, and the more it's going to cost and hurt.
