How do I get rid of this ugly mole and wart on my nose?

iv had a mole and a wart on my nose for about the last 4 years iv never really thought about them until recently because I feel like this is why boys dont talk to me im 15 years old and they really make me feel self conscious. I was wondering if theres anyway I could get rid of them on my own and without proffecional help?

I would recommend having a dermatologist/specialist at least look at them even if you don't have him/her treat it. Although it would be unusual for you age group, you should make sure that they aren't cancerous/precancerous... and make sure they really are what you think they are. A friend of mine once thought she just had a few moles since that's what they looked like to her, but they were more serious.
