I am unable to connect chat in facebook

i unable to connect chat from last 4 days. its showing chat (disconnected) tray again, even when I am on line my account showing off line to my friend. please help me as soon as possible.

I looked it up and according to them, others have reported it and they "are working on solving this problem as soon as possible. We are sorry for any confusion." Facebook very difficult to work with when it comes to these things and this won't help you in the meantime. I suppose there is one thing you can do although it is a bit drastic. You could discontinue your account, and then create a new one. You would lose everything that you have on your profile as well as your friends etc. so if you have to resort to this, then make a list of all your friends before so you can add them again after you make the new one.

facebook vary difficult to worker when it is comes to things and this wont help you in the menatime . you coujld discontinu your account , and then create a new one
