I really like this boy but I dont know what to do about it!

Theres this guy in the year above me who I really like. hes 16 and im 15. He recently moved to my school and he fits in great although im not friends with any of his friends and hes always around him so I have no idea how I could talk to him. also theres this girl who wears his hoodie around and there married on facebook but they dont really talk a lot in person so I dont know whats going on with them. I just want to be friends with him to start with and get to know him a little better but I dont know how to approach him or talk to him help please! also I dont know what to say if I do talk to him!

Try to become friends with him. Talk to him and study together in a friendly way. If it is going to evolve into something more it will, but if it doesn't then the best thing to do is move on.

I hate how people do that being bf and gf and being married over the internet when they harldy know each other. It screws things up in real life.
