So I like this girl but she said she doesn't want a serious relationship right now but she likes me and she "doesn't quite know what that means yet". I was thinking about telling her to tell me when she is ready for a relationship or if she wants to talk about her feelings. Is this a good idea? What should I do?

That means wait. She wants to take her time and expects you to do the same. Just give it time and see what happens. Saying that might not be a good idea. She'll let you know when she's ready.

you should wait sometime and give her time to think but if you are in true love wih her so dont let her go .tell her that you are the only one that I am thinking about every time evry second I do all the thing that makes you happy comfortable and please to accept your love.
