Is it illegal for my boyfriend and I to be together?

I and 17 years old and my boyfriend will be 19 in five days. We started dating when I was 15, and he was turning 17. We have never had sexual intercourse, but we have went as far as oral. We do not like to even do that, for moral reasons, but it happens occasionally. That's beside the point. There was one occasion when I took a bikini pic on his phone, and I asked him if he found it. He said he did, but he had to delete it because he didn't want someone to find it because he could get in trouble. (I am not mad about that) I respect him 100% and I love him to death! I just want to know if what we have done/ may do in future is against the law in Ohio. (Sex is not on our agenda at all, until we are married, so please don't preach at me about that, both our parents do that enough)

Looks like you're in the clear...

An attorney answered the same question here:
http://www.sexlaws.org/answer_board_question-age_of_consent_41

"State:
Ohio

Question:
If I am 17 and my boyfriend is 19, and I could possibly be pregnant...will he get into trouble for this? My parents are okay with us dating and I turn 18 in june, by the time the baby would be born I would be 18.

Answer:
The legal age of consent for consensual sexual contact in the state of OHIO is 16. At sixteen years of age or older, a person can no longer be a victim of statutory rape. Based on the information provided in your question, it does NOT appear that Ohio sexual offense laws have been violated."

Here is a summary of the statute:
