Could I be pregnant?

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome so I only have one normal period a year and the rest of the year I will bleed for a day or two. I recently had unprotected sex and two days later started bleeding. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant?

One of the symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome is difficulty becoming pregnant. For that reason, it's more unlikely that you would be pregnant than a person who does not have that trait. However, when you have unprotected sex, there is always that possibility. Consider taking a pregnancy test to make sure.
