Whoo bob that must be annoying
tell me about it.
I had a hard time with freaking our over small things for a while when I had very severe PTSD.

When this happens, remember that you are in no physical danger.

Try to find some coping mechanisms to help you calm down when you're freaking out... something like counting to 10 or deep breathing. Count really deep breaths until you can fall asleep, or try other strategies.

It could be that the things that trigger you are connected to a larger psychological underlying cause. Investigate if that's the issue. If you think there might be something deeper going on, find a counselor to talk to or try a teen crisis line.

and the weird thing is, I figure out how stupid it was the next day.
Try not to feel bad about it. At least u know the day after. Sometimes it takes me years to know I was stupid. :-)
Isn't like a way to see somebody or a docter

If u are having panic attacks or developing psychoses u might need to see a doctor or therapist. If u can, try to avoid what triggers u.
