How do you get your boyfriend to go to the next level?

I have a boyfriend and we love each other very much. We are both 15 and we've been going out for almost 4 months and we have only been to 2 base. Which isn't bad don't get me wrong...but I want to be more open with him. He claims everything past 2 base is sex...i want to go a little farther but I don't want to make him uncomfortable. We are both somewhat religious so I undestand why he feels this way. But I want to go to that next level. What should I do to make him more open with me?

I agree. If you go any further, it should happen naturally... and at a pace that is comfortable for BOTH of you. Respect where he is. Don't try to "get" him to do anything... And ENJOY having a young guy who isn't trying to paw all over you. He sounds nice and respectful and able to control his impulses. Those are admirable qualities.

well;first off; if he doesnt want to go farther, u cant make him. dont try to force him into somthing he doesnt want to do. just support him and keep up a steady relation till ur ready.good luck.

If ya'll are religious (I'm not sure wich religion), then perhaps it's that he has morals and believes in abstinence until marriage.
