Not so sure about that... But I love the state of mind I reach when I meditate or do yoga or read Rumi. Just start out by spending more time doing activities that help you generate a calm and peaceful state of mind... And avoid activities and people that agitate you. I've read in many places that diet strongly effects our level of calm and excitement, particulary vegetarian and vegan diets. You can look into that to see if any of that is a good choice for you.
