Cussing question

well, I kinda have a prob with cussing alot. any help? I would like to not cuss. thnx peplz

Try positive reinforcement... give yourself a prize for every day or hour or whatever that you don't swear. Or, pick alternative words you can substitute until you break the habit.

Young guys do that because they think it makes them look older and worldly. They stop doing it when they realize it doesn't work. Instead of the intended effect, it communicates to others (many of whom are girls) that you aren't quite ready for prime time.
