How do I get a girl to like me?

I have been trying to get this one girl to go out with me for a while now but she isn't getting the hints that I really like her and I'm 13 and when it comes to girls I am a total noob. I have no idea how to talk to a girl without messing up so could you please help me learn the right way to talk to a girl and also the right way to explain how I feel about them without me having a panic attack? And also what do I do if they tell me that they don't like me back? Also I ahve known this girl a while and I am epicly in the friends zone so I know her well and she doesn't have a boyfriend.

It's simple. Forget all of the formalities and speeches. Just relax and be fun to be with. A good sense of humor helps. In short, get off the serious stuff and just be your happy self. Girls like confidence and fun in a guy. Serious creeps them out.
