I've never used a web site for this, so I don't have anyone I trust enough to recommend.

Your doctor's office or health insurance company may have a free nurse line that you can call to ask questions. Find out. You can also check with your local social services office for info if cost is a factor.

If you have a serious medical issue, it's better to consult with a doctor who can actually examine you.
