You can find online support groups at www.sparkpeople.com. You can also check http://www.oa.org/meetings/ to see if Overeaters Anonymous has a meeting in your area. You might want to contact a naturopathic doctor for supervision during a 60-day juice fast. You'll definitely need support, like a counselor, trainer, doctor, nutritionist... someone.

Not advisable. Deits will get rid of the weight temporarily but then you will gain it right back often with 10-50 pounds more than you had before.
You don't go back duh
most people do. They say, "Ok well I am at the weight I want so I don't need the diet anymore", and then they gain it all right back.
So what the point having a diet
That's an excellent point, Ben. I can't think of any reason to attempt any of the suggestions on this page unless it's a permanent lifestyle change.

Since you want to lose that much in that amount of time I would advise getting help from profesionals, a resonable trainer who can control your diet and give you some exercise as well. A lot of this will be on you though. You have to tell yourself no when you want a snack or when you want to have that pizzia. However, I would advise sticking to the routine even after you have your license otherwise you will probably gain most if not all of the weight back. If for some reason someone has to check your license, and you have gained all of that weight back, the person might see that the information does not match and think that it is fake.

+ Find out if it's something to do it your mind?
+ Correct the mind 1st no matter what it takes
+ Daily exercise: Try different methods for me what works is to go back and forth between 2 workouts and break and do two more.
+ Diet. Once again try different forms. I do not believe in diet, I believe in diet as in eat mostly home cook meals and in protions.
+ I should have put this 1st. research/learn than try all methods and do what works 4 you.
That is what I did and I was 260lbs 5ft 10 and now I am 2191lbs.

wow. ur 2191 pounds!?lol typoooooo
--> find healthy snacks / foods that you enjoy

--> force yourself to eat slowly and smaller portions

--> drink a lot of water and tea

--> STAY AWAY from crisps or fatty foods...

--> get a trainer at the gym and go as much as you can per week!

You can do this but dont expect a pity party! You want to get better, you are strong enough to do this... I know you can, but you have to know that you can also.

this will be tough, but you will come out a stronger, wiser, healthier and more confident individual! Good luck
