What different charges can I file. please have some insite in the law

i need help. yesterday 4 kids had problems with me. it started on facebook over something stupid. I drive a 08 douge charger. other people drive a mini van and a douka pickup truck. when I was droping someone off yesterday at 7:48 about I passed the mini van and the mini van made a U turn and started to follow me. I stopped at a light when the driver got out his car yelled get out ur car. I then moved into the turning lane to go to the police station right down the road. the kid then hit the top of my car really hard and walked back to his car which was a cars length back I put my car into reverse and went back some to yell at him but didnt and pulled back up. the driver had four kids in the car with bats the driver took off and crashed into the side of my car the side has tire marks and some dents and scraches. he then took off I called the police with my friend still in the car the mini van was breaking really hard and taking off to try to lose me. while on the phone with the police the dispatcher told me to go back where it happen and wait for officers dont follow the mini van any more. I did that officers took a report and went to the kids house got all his info and that was about the end of it. two hrs later I was at a dead end street in front of a friends house in side and my car was parked. the douka pickup truck came around floored it into the back of my car leaving alot of damage. had about 7-8 people run out and whintness the truck taking off down the street. called the police again same cop came back took another report searched and found the truck with damage to the front. took his info. the fight was with me and the person driving the minivan the pickuop driver just hates me. the cop came back talked to me some more and said the insurance comp should contact me in 3-5 business days then left. I went to the police station today and asked if any charges were filed none were just some tickets. I want to file as much charges as I can against the two drivers. the mini van hit the passagers side back door really close to passanger. truck hit my parked car drivers side light groken trunk damaged and other dented metal on side.

The courts will have to resolve the traffic issues depending on what charges the officers filed. I suspect they considered you a participant more than an innocent victim from the way it was handled, otherwise the charges would have been more serious like felony assault with a deadly weapon-auto.

You can also file a civil suit against both of them for the damage they did to your vehicle. In some states, if you're considered even partially at fault that is an absolute bar to a lawsuit. You need to go over the entire situation with a lawyer in the jurisdiction where it happened as soon as you can. Until you do that, don't make any statements or sign anything.
