A decent gentle usser name? For my professional and personal need.?

hey guys thanks for your concern I rallly need a helping mind here to give me a suggetion on what kind of usser name for my email and other services like skype and twitter will suite , I have created many email and usser name in r the past but soon I finded that they dont match my needs and I delleted them , last week for myself as I thought I had created a perfect ussername that overcomes all my need it was kash.sanam@ but my brother said why not use sanam.kash@ iit made me more confused I need some help I saw some on on facebook who had same usser name for all the services . . I will give you my past email usser name and my info any one can help me I am really frustated by this situation.
