I have been having some trouble with my back. Sometimes when I stretch my back it will crack in certain places. Once in a while when this happens, I will straighten my back again and it will hurt in a spot that got cracked. It feels almost like a bone is rubbing against something. Most of the time I have pretty good posture so I am surprised that I am having back pains all of a sudden. Anyway I can avoid this happening besides not streching?
