I'm Not Trying To Be Toooo Out There?

I'm 16 and i'm gay have been since 5th grade I usually know how to flirt with a girl if I like her I tell her. I've always been that way but for some reason it's different this time I like this girl alot and I havent told her yet and I already knows she Bisexual and I wanna flirt with her without being to forward or out there but we cant go anywhere alone or text cause she grounded right now what do I do? Any tips or advice?

I am not sure about this what about what I would do. I am just trying here, because this is tough for me.
I think I would talk to her some, but very brief. I would flirt very little, do nice things, and keep some space. Not too much, because you do not want her to think you are playing games or blowing her off. (you need to watch that, because everytime I think a girl is playing, I will go find a new one. I guess most people would.)

- you know this girl, right?
- determine what you should do according to what you know.
- do not make her think your playing games or not into her.
- let her know you care by little things you do and you know that fits her.
- being grounded will not last forever. Time flyes.
