Can I get some advice or help?

Ok so I'm 16 and transferred schools a couple months ago because of my best guy friend. He introduced me to his friend who is a girl as well as I am too and I've gotten to like her a little more everyday and I haven't told her yet because I don't want it to get awkward between us. Well I don't know if she likes me but she flirts or I think she does when we are messing around she laughs with me winks at me when noone is looking the other day I was tickling her and she grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go of my finger for a minute and she always is trying to touch me like my face,hands,arms& I can't tell if she gay or bi or even if she likes me can you give me some advice please!?

Well maybe you guys should just continue in that way, since it's all good.
I do not think, there would be a problem if she found out.
However you never know about people these days.
Again if you feel safe, continueing in these method, why not?
Sounds like she is leading you, so if you are cool with it and she's cool with it.
