2003,300 twice now after fueling the car runs about 5 mins. engine light comes on & engine shuts off

After turning off ignition switch and waiting a few mins. it starts,no engine light on and runs fine at least until the next fill up. Gas cap is put on tight after fill up. This has happened the last 2 times after filling tank..?

If water is somehow getting in the tank it would be able to get into the fuel line after being stirred up causing vapor lock. Another possibility could be trash in the tank or fuel filter. When you're refueling it stirs it up then once it settles it's OK.
