How to set up home security camera via iPhone 4

I have bunkerhill surveillance camera 68332. I have set up on my computer with netviewer and my tv to view the camera. I have forwarded my ports, but I am still unable to view on iPhone at home and
Away from home. My ports on the dvr is using 80
But my iPhone is server port 18004. I have tried accessing through the Asee application with both ports but none works .
Please can anyone give me step by step direction on what I need to do?
My Internet provider states if I can see on my computer every thing on their end is correct.
